Terms and Disclaimers

These terms govern your use of Decor Sense 2D Floor Plan (“2D Floor Plan”), provided by Decor Sense LLC.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using 2D Floor Plan, you agree to these terms and applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Subject to these terms, Decor Sense LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app except as required by law.

3. Device requirements

2D Floor Plan requires a compatible iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner and the minimum iOS version shown in the App Store. Device capability, lighting, reflective surfaces, obstructions, movement, and room conditions can affect results.

4. Purpose and accuracy

The app helps capture rooms and generate floor-plan-related outputs. Measurements, dimensions, geometry, labels, and generated files may contain errors or omissions. You must independently verify outputs before construction, procurement, engineering, surveying, safety decisions, permitting, appraisals, legal disclosures, or any other high-stakes use.

5. No professional advice

2D Floor Plan does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, construction, appraisal, legal, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use the app safely, lawfully, and with permission to scan or photograph each property.
• Do not use the app while movement or attention could create a hazard.
• Review and verify outputs before relying on or distributing them.
• Maintain any exports or backups you wish to preserve.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or violate rights through the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

7. Local data and sharing

No Decor Sense account is required. Project content is stored locally and may be included in Apple backups depending on your settings. You control exports and sharing destinations and are responsible for protecting property information and obtaining any required consent. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions

2D Floor Plan may offer Full Access through either an auto-renewable annual subscription or a non-consumable one-time purchase through Apple. Both options unlock the paid features described on the purchase screen. The purchase screen shows the product, billing terms, and current localized price before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• An eligible customer may receive an introductory annual-subscription price for the period shown on the purchase screen. When that period ends, the subscription renews at the standard annual price shown before confirmation unless canceled.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• The one-time Full Access purchase does not auto-renew and has no recurring charge. It continues to unlock the Full Access entitlement in this app, including through compatible app updates, but does not promise access to a separate future app, separately sold product, or unrelated service.
• Purchases can be restored through the app when available. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. Prices and availability may vary by storefront and can change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

9. Apple and third-party services

Apple operates App Store distribution, StoreKit, device backups, Photos, location services, and other platform features. Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. These terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA; mandatory Apple terms control where they apply.

10. Intellectual property

The app, branding, software, and supplied content are owned by Decor Sense LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you have in the project content you create.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decor Sense LLC and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the app. Aggregate liability for claims related to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app during the twelve months before the claim or US $50. Limits that cannot lawfully apply are excluded.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Decor Sense LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, misuse, violation of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to app-related services when reasonably necessary to protect users or the app, comply with law, or address misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

16. Changes

We may update these terms as the app or applicable requirements change. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
