Before contacting support

2D Floor Plan requires a LiDAR-equipped iPhone and iOS 18.4 or later. For scanning issues, confirm that the camera and LiDAR Scanner are unobstructed, the room is evenly lit, and reflective surfaces are minimized.

What to include

• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the 2D Floor Plan version shown in Settings;
• a short description of what happened and the steps that led to it; and
• a screenshot, if it helps and contains no information you do not want to share.

Please do not attach a floor plan, room scan, address, or project photo unless it is needed for your request and you choose to send it. Decor Sense LLC cannot access those files directly from the app.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app if an annual subscription or one-time Full Access purchase is not recognized. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refunds. You can manage an active subscription at Apple Subscriptions.
