This page explains how to manage information associated with Decor Sense 2D Floor Plan.

Delete local projects

Delete a project from the project list to remove that project’s scans, floor plans, photos, address, and related app files from the device. Uninstalling 2D Floor Plan removes its local app container.

Copies may remain in Apple backups, your Photos library, exported files, or services and people with whom you shared them. Manage Apple backups in your Apple device or iCloud settings, and delete separate exported copies from their destination.

Manage permissions

You can review or revoke camera, location, and Photos permissions in iPhone Settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Location is optional; you may enter a property address manually.

Manage purchases and subscriptions

Apple manages purchase history, billing, cancellations, and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible annual subscription or one-time Full Access purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription in your Apple Account settings or at Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Request access, correction, or deletion

You may ask Decor Sense LLC to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain outside your device, such as support correspondence or business records. Include:

• your name and preferred contact email;
• a clear description of your request; and
• enough detail to locate relevant records, if any.

We may request reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting information. We will not ask you to send a floor plan or project photo unless it is necessary for a support request and you choose to provide it.

Sales, targeted advertising, and tracking

Decor Sense LLC does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use 2D Floor Plan for cross-app tracking. The app has no targeted-advertising opt-out because it does not perform those activities.

Authorized agents and appeals

Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for proof of authority and direct verification. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, reply to our response and request review.
